Is HeyOtto secure?
Yes. HeyOtto uses enterprise-grade security including encrypted data transmission, secure authentication, and strict data handling policies. We never store unnecessary personal information and all parent and child data is protected in accordance with COPPA and industry best practices.
Can I delete my child's data?
Yes. You have complete control over your child's data. You can delete individual conversations, clear all chat history, or delete the entire account at any time from your parent dashboard. Data deletion is permanent and cannot be recovered.
