HeyOtto! is an AI-powered experience designed to give parents the ability to tailor their child's experience and monitor activity, with a focus on a safe, educational environment for kids. By browsing or using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you use the HeyOtto! application or sign in at our chat product, additional terms and notices may apply, including our Terms of Service and in-product policies.

For GDPR purposes, BerryWell LLC is the data controller for personal data we process through the Site. We are a Georgia LLC registered in the United States.

2. Scope: this website vs. the HeyOtto! app

This policy describes our practices on the marketing and informational website (heyotto.app). It does not replace the privacy disclosures that apply when you create an account, manage child profiles, or chat in the HeyOtto! application. Those activities are covered by our full Service privacy disclosures presented in the app and at chat.heyotto.app/privacy.

3. Information we collect on the Site

3.1 Our approach to children on this Site

This Site is where parents and other adults learn about HeyOtto! — it is not designed to collect personal information from children. No page on www.heyotto.app includes a chat interface, account-creation flow, or data-collection form directed at a child visitor. If we ever learn that a visitor identifying themselves as a child under 13 has submitted personal information through a Site form (for example, a contact form), we will delete it. Account creation, child profiles, and any collection of a child's personal information happen only inside the HeyOtto! application, under parental consent, as described in our COPPA Notice at chat.heyotto.app/coppa.

3.2 Information you provide

• Contact and inquiries: If you use a contact form, email us, or request information, we collect what you submit (for example, name, email address, and the content of your message).
• Business relationships: If you work with us in a professional capacity, we may collect business contact details you provide.

• Usage and device data: Such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, device type, referring URLs, and dates and times of visits.

We do not require you to create an account to read public pages on the Site.

HeyOtto! takes children's privacy seriously and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws in the app experience, where parents create accounts and manage child profiles. 7. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes: to run the Site (strictly necessary), to understand how the Site is used (analytics), and, where applicable, to measure marketing campaigns. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles of children, and this Site does not run behavioral advertising directed at children.

When you first visit the Site, a cookie banner lets you choose which non-essential categories (analytics, marketing) to allow. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent because the Site cannot function properly without them.
