- What if I run out of credits?
- No problem! You can purchase one-time credit packs or upgrade your plan anytime. Credits refresh automatically each month.
- Can I share credits across multiple children?
- Yes! All children on your account share the family credit pool. You can monitor usage per child in your parent dashboard.
- Can I add more family members beyond the plan limit?
- Yes! The Family plan includes 1 adult and up to 2 kids accounts. If you need more users, you can add them for $10 per additional user per month.
- Can I switch plans anytime?
- Yes! Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades, at billing cycle end for downgrades.
